Trust & governance

Built to the standards compliance teams have to meet.

Logged, explainable, and human-supervised by design. EU-resident processing in Frankfurt. Before an assistant touches anything real, it needs guardrails: permissions, approvals, and a log. Verify keeps the human at the trust boundary by design.

Data

Your data, your domain.

Your documents remain your documents.
No training of AI models on your data.
Third-party KYC and KYB ingested only to cross-reference. We never run our own KYC, KYB, AML or sanctions checks.
Retention and deletion windows set in the pilot agreement.
Export on request, on exit, in structured formats.
GDPR-aligned by design.
Your rules

Your rules stay yours.

Your platform's decision logic and jurisdictional rules are yours. Not shared, not used to train models. In the first wave the regulatory knowledge base is common to the pilot; platform-specific isolation is on the roadmap.

Architecture

Built to stay in the EU.

EU-resident processing in Frankfurt, on AWS. Model-agnostic orchestration, so you are never locked to a single AI provider. A retrieval design that pulls only the relevant rules per check, to keep findings precise. Your data never leaves the EU. The full technical stack is in the technical brief, on request.

If the answer matters to your compliance team, it is an answer we put in writing.
Why this way

Why we built it this way.

Because EU data-residency and GDPR obligations mean where your deal data is processed matters as much as what gets checked. So processing stays in Frankfurt, your data stays in the EU, and the record is built to be handed to a regulator without translation.

EU AI Act readiness

High-risk obligations, built for now.

Crowdfunding sits in a category the EU AI Act treats as high-risk. We are building to those obligations now, not later, and treating the first wave as a high-governance system today: documented risk management, data governance, human oversight, logging, and accuracy monitoring.

EU AI Act · Article 12

Everything is logged

Every check, input, output, confidence score and sign-off is recorded with a timestamp and reasoning. Exportable.

Article 13

Everything is explainable

Every finding cites its source document and page. Confidence scores are visible to your validator. A clear "AI-assisted; verify with a financial professional" label on screen.

Article 14

A human decides

A person signs off every recommendation. The assistant never publishes, approves or closes a workflow on its own.

Risk management

We watch ourselves

Continuous monitoring of accuracy against a human baseline and citation reliability, with an automatic stop if a hallucinated citation is ever found.

Common questions

Is our current AI use even compliant?

Worth checking. If your assistant processes deal data outside the EU, that can sit awkwardly with your data obligations. Dacxi Verify processes in Frankfurt by design, and your data does not leave the EU.
